Want more fibre in your baking? Try adding lupin flour. It’s made from a type of legume and is found in health food stores.
Try pre-mixing a batch of higher-fibre flour by replacing 100g from a 1kg packet of plain flour with lupin flour. It will be ready to use when you want to make more satisfying, higher fibre, higher protein cakes and muffins that taste the same – added bonus!
