Step 1 Preheat oven to 180Â°C. Melt dairy spread in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and stir until well combined. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook, stirring often, for 20âˆ'25 minutes or until golden.
Step 2 Thoroughly combine milk, bread, carrot, mince, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, mustard and parsley in a large bowl. Divide mixture into 4 and form into patties.
Step 3 Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spray meat patties with oil spray. Cook patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Transfer to a tray and place in oven. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 4 Place the bases of the bread onto 4 serving plates. Top with lettuce, tomato and beetroot, spoon onion on top then add the pattie, and finish with sauce and bread to serve.
