- 500g lean chicken mince
- 35g packet taco seasoning
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- cooking oil spray
- 1/3 cup 97% fat-free mayonnaise (Kraft brand)
- 4 mixed-grain burger buns, split
- 40g mixed lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Combine chicken mince, taco seasoning and half the garlic in a large bowl. Divide into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty.
Step 2 Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray patties with cooking oil and add to pan. Cook 3-4 minutes each side, or until golden and cooked.
Step 3 Combine mayonnaise and remaining garlic in a bowl. Top bases of burger buns with lettuce, tomato and chicken patties. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Top with remaining buns. Serve on its own or with oven-roasted potatoes.
