Full ingredients list:
- 400g angel hair pasta or spaghettini
- 227g punnet crab meat (Phillips Crab Special)
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 60g baby rocket leaves
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions.
Step 2 Drain pasta then return to saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and toss until well combined. Serve immediately.
