Steak with spicy tomato sauce

Full ingredients list:
- 400g can no-added-salt crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli paste
- 3 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- olive oil spray
- 4 beef fillet steaks (600g total)
- 4 cups mashed potato

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Combine tomatoes, chilli and mustard in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is reduced and thickened.
Step 2 Meanwhile, preheat a chargrill or barbecue on medium-high heat. When hot, spray with oil. Cook steaks for 2-3 minutes each side for medium-rare, or until done to your liking. Serve steaks with the sauce and mash, and steamed vegetables of choice.
You can add more or less chilli to the spicy tomato sauce, according to your taste. Serve with a simple green salad or steamed vegetables.
