Full ingredients list:
- 600g skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 cup low-fat natural yoghurt

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks. Place in a non-metallic dish and brush with lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2 Place remaining ingredients, except yoghurt, into a food processor. Blend to form a smooth paste.
Step 3 Mix paste with yoghurt and coat chicken evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Step 4 Preheat oven to 190ºC. Place chicken on a lightly greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is tender and cooked through. Serve with basmati rice.
