Full ingredients list:
1/4 cup drinking chocolate powder
200g slab sponge cake, cut into 24 cubes
2/3 cup low-fat chocolate custard
4 oranges, pith removed
20g dark chocolate, shaved into curls with a vegetable peeler

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Combine chocolate powder and 1/2 cup boiling water in a bowl. Mix well. Cool. Separate orange into segments.
Step 2 Put 6 sponge cubes each into the base of 4 tall glasses. Drizzle 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture over sponge. Top with 1 tablespoon custard and orange segments. Repeat, ending with orange segments. Serve with chocolate curls.
