- 8 savoiardi sponge finger biscuits, broken into pieces
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons mixed berry jam, warmed
- 300g blueberries
- 1 1/3 cups low-fat vanilla yoghurt

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Divide biscuits between 4 x 250ml capacity serving dishes. Drizzle one tablespoon orange juice over each dish.
Step 2 Combine jam and 1 1/2 cups berries and divide between dishes. Top each with 1/3 cup yoghurt. Sprinkle with remaining berries. Chill until serving.
