- 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, thinly sliced
- 2 x 150g tubs low-fat vanilla Frûche
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8 slices almond wafers

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat grill on high. Place the strawberries into a medium-sized ovenproof dish and pour both tubs of Frûche over the berries. Sprinkle sugar evenly over the top.
Step 2 Grill for 4–6 minutes, or until sugar is caramelised. Serve with almond wafers.
