Full ingredients list:
- 4 cups (570g) wholemeal pasta
- 600g lean beef mince
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 cup frozen mint peas
- 1 large zucchini, grated
- 420g can salt-reduced condensed tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons salt-reduced tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain. Set aside.
Step 2 Spray non-stick frying pan with cooking oil. Cook mince over medium heat until browned. Drain liquid. Add onion, carrot, peas, zucchini and tomato soup. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Step 3 Add tomato paste and cook a further 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently. Add garlic. Add pasta and stir until heated through. Serve.
