Full ingredients list:
- cooking oil spray
- 4 x 150g pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoon Moroccan seasoning
- 1 Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, sliced into thin segments
- 125ml white wine
- chopped flat-leaf parsley, to serve
- mashed potatoes, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spray a non-stick pan with oil. Coat pork chops in seasoning. Add to pan and sear both sides over high heat.
Step 2 Lower heat and add apples. Cook, turning, until pork is cooked through and apples are golden. Remove apples and drain excess fat. Add wine. Simmer to reduce.
Step 3 Place pork and apples on plates. Drizzle with sauce. Serve with parsley, mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
