- 4 cobs corn, husk and silk removed
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
- juice of 1 lime

Step 1 Preheat a chargrill pan or barbecue to high. Spray 4 x 30cm square pieces of foil with oil. Sprinkle corn with paprika and chilli. Squeeze over lime juice.
Step 2 Place each corn cob on a square of foil, fold ends and roll to enclose corn. Grill corn for 7–8 minutes, turning, until charred to your liking.
