Full ingredients list:
- 200g milk arrowroot biscuits
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 5 tablespoons reduced-fat table spread
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Line a 20cm x 30cm tin with baking paper. Place biscuits into a plastic bag, seal and crush with a rolling pin. Place crumbs into a large bowl with almond meal and coconut.
Step 2 In a small saucepan, melt spread and honey over low heat. Add to bowl and combine until mixture starts to stick together. Press into prepared tin and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3 Mix icing sugar and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth. Drizzle over almond and coconut base. Refrigerate until icing sets, then cut into 20 slices.
