Stir-fried beef and Brussels sprouts

Full ingredients list:
- 300g Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 500g beef fillet, cut into strips
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 4 cups steamed basmati rice

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Microwave Brussels sprouts in a little water until just tender. Set aside.
Step 2 Add 2 teaspoons sesame oil to a wok and place over high heat. Cook beef in batches, for 3 minutes, or until browned. Remove to a plate.
Step 3 Add remaining oil to wok. Cook onions, garlic and cabbage for 2 minutes, or until soft. Add Brussels sprouts, beef, lemon juice and sweet chilli sauce to pan. Cook, stirring, for 1–2 more minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
Replace lemon juice and sweet chilli sauce with 2 teaspoons grated ginger and 3 tablespoons reduced-salt soy sauce.
