- 4 medium to large mangoes, peeled, sliced
- 600g low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 600ml light cream, beaten until thick
- 1 tablespoon demerara sugar

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place sliced mango into a medium-sized bowl or serving dish. Combine yoghurt and beaten cream in a separate bowl and pour over mango.
Step 2 Sprinkle with sugar (you may want to use a little less sugar if your mango is very sweet). Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour (can be left overnight) to allow sugar to ‘melt’ into pudding topping.
