Full ingredients list:
400g fresh hokkien noodles
100g green beans, trimmed halved
100g sugar snap peas, trimmed,
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, cut into 4cm lengths
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 green onions, sliced
400g chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
1/3 cup (80ml) plum sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/3 cup coriander leaves

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Heat noodles according to packet instructions. Steam green beans, snap peas and broccolini until just tender.
Step 2 Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Add onion and chicken; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until chicken is golden and cooked. Stir through plum sauce, lime juice, cooked noodles and vegetables. Toss to combine. Serve scattered with coriander.
