Full ingredients list:
- 9g sachet lime jelly
- 9g sachet yellow jelly
- 9g sachet red jelly
- 150g seedless green grapes, washed, halved
- 1 large mango, peeled, diced
- 150g strawberries, washed, hulled, quartered

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place green, yellow and red jelly crystals into 3 separate bowls. Add 1 cup boiling water to each and stir to dissolve crystals. Add 1 cup cold water to each bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2 Pour green jelly between 6 x 350ml-capacity glasses. Stir in grapes. Refrigerate until jelly is almost set. Let yellow and red jelly cool to room temperature.
Step 3 Once the green jelly is almost set, carefully pour a layer of yellow jelly on top, stir in mango and return to fridge until almost set. Repeat with red jelly and strawberries to form a third jelly layer. Refrigerate until jelly is completely set.
