Full ingredients list:
- 6 firm ripe plums, halved, stones removed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 30g amaretti biscuits, crushed
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla custard

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat grill to high. Place plums, cut side up, on a baking tray lined with foil. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
Step 2 Grill for 3–4 minutes, until golden and caramelised. Place 3 plum halves in each serving bowl, top with crushed biscuits and 1/4 cup custard to serve.
