Full ingredients list:
- cooking oil spray
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 750g large kipfler potatoes, scrubbed, cut lengthways into wedges
- 1 tablespoon pizza or spicy barbecue seasoning
- 1/2 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 210°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper and spray with oil.
Step 2 Place egg white into a large bowl. Add potato wedges and toss to coat.
Step 3 Place wedges skin-side down in a single layer on trays and sprinkle with seasoning. Roast wedges for 30–40 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp and golden.
Step 4 Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and sweet chilli sauce. Serve wedges with yoghurt sauce.
