Full ingredients list:
- 120g low-fat frozen yoghurt, any flavour
- 8 oat biscuits (we used Paradise Highland Oatmeal biscuits)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place yoghurt into a bowl and stir to soften.
Step 2 Divide yoghurt between 4 biscuits. Top yoghurt with another biscuit and serve immediately.
This recipe also works well with digestive biscuits.
You can make these sandwiches ahead of time and store in the freezer.
