Full ingredients list:
- 75g reduced-fat table spread
- 300g skim sweetened condensed milk
- 1 lemon, zested, juiced
- 150g Arrowroot biscuits, crushed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Line a 17cm x 27cm slice tin with baking paper. Place spread and condensed milk into a microwave-proof bowl. Microwave at medium power for 2 minutes, until spread melts. Add lemon zest and juice, then mix until smooth.
Step 2 Combine biscuits, oats, coconut and lemon mixture. Mix well and press into slice tin.
Step 3 For topping, combine icing sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl. Drizzle over slice.
Step 4 Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until slice is completely set. Cut into 20 pieces.
