Full ingredients list:
- 4 corn cobs, chopped into thirds
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat dairy-free table spread (such as Nuttelex Lite)
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Microwave steam corn cobs for 10 minutes, or until tender.
Step 2 Meanwhile, combine table spread, garlic and chopped chives in a small bowl. Spread over hot, cooked corn until melted. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Try serving with BBQ steak and green vegies.
