Full ingredients list:
- 2 navel oranges, peeled, white pith removed
- 125g fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon Cointreau
- 2 x 150g tubs low-fat vanilla Frûche
- 4 meringue nests

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Segment oranges over a bowl to catch the juices. Place orange segments, 1 tablespoon orange juice, raspberries and Cointreau into a bowl and stir to combine. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2 Top each meringue nest with 1/2 tub of Frûche. Spoon over some of the fruit mixture and juices. Serve immediately.
