Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Place pork onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with hoisin sauce and sprinkle with five spice. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stand, covered with foil, for 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 2 Steam choy sum, gai lan, broccolini and sugar snap peas until almost tender. Drain.
Step 3 Combine cornflour and 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 4 Spray a wok or large frying pan with oil and place over high heat. Cook ginger and chilli, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add steamed greens, oyster sauce and cornflour mixture. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until heated through and sauce has thickened.
Step 5 Meanwhile, cook noodles according to packet instructions. Serve noodles with vegetables, slices of pork and any pan juices.
