Full ingredients list:
- cooking oil spray
- 750g cauliflower florets, coarsely chopped
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup (120g) frozen peas, thawed and heated

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Steam cauliflower until tender-crisp. Drain thoroughly.
Step 2 Spray a large frying pan with oil and place over high heat. Add cauliflower and onion. Cook, stirring, for 4–5 minutes, or until cauliflower is golden. Add garlic and peas and stir until combined. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Great served with grilled steak or chicken, and couscous or sweet potato mash.
