- 65g wholegrain crackers, crushed (eg. 10 vita-Weats)
- 1/4 cup light peanut butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit, such as apricots or raisins

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place crackers into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well, then chill for 15 minutes.
Step 2 divide the mixture into 16 even-sized pieces. Form into balls and then place onto a greaseproof covered tray. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
Store chilled in a sealed container for up to three days.
