Choc biscuit cherry tarts

Full ingredients list:
- 8 chocolate biscuits (we used Arnott’s Choc Ripple)
- 1/3 cup (80g) extra-light cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 teaspoons icing sugar
- 150g strawberries, quartered
- 100g blueberries

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place biscuits onto a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes, or until softened. Press each biscuit into a base of 12-hole muffin tin. Stand for 10 minutes, or until cooled and firm.
Step 2 Meanwhile, combine cream cheese and icing sugar in a small bowl. Spoon mixture evenly between biscuit bases and top each with a few berries. Serve tarts with the remaining berries.
