Full ingredients list:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons gluten-free tamari
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
500g lean rump steak, trimmed, thinly sliced
12 small wooden skewers
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted, to garnish
lime wedges, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place garlic, tamari, sesame oil and chilli flakes in a shallow non-metallic dish; stir to make marinade. Add beef slices; turn to coat. Cover dish; refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2 Meanwhile, soak skewers in cold water for about 30 minutes. Thread beef slices onto skewers.
Step 3 Preheat a grill pan or barbecue to medium–high heat. Grill beef skewers, turning, for 3–4 minutes, or until lightly charred and done to your liking.
Step 4 Transfer skewers to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
