Full ingredients list:
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat natural yoghurt
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 5 green apples, peeled and thinly diced
- 250g strawberries, sliced, to serve
- icing sugar, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a 22cm-round cake tin with baking paper. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy.
Step 2 Stir in yoghurt, flour and apples with a wooden spoon until just combined.
Step 3 Pour mixture into prepared cake tin. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer inserted into cake comes out clean.
Step 4 Allow to cool, then serve topped with fresh strawberries and dust with icing sugar.
