- 2 medium bananas, sliced into chunks, frozen completely
- 4 tablespoons reduced-fat cream
- flesh of 1/2 ripe mango, chopped and frozen

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place banana chunks into a food processor. Blend until you get a soft, ice-cream texture.
Step 2 Add cream and mango and process again, until an ice-cream is formed. Place into a freezer proof container and freeze for 1 hour before serving.
Try serving with fresh mango and passionfruit.
