Vanilla custard banana crêpes

Full ingredients list:
- 4 small medium-firm bananas
- 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 ready-made crêpes
- 1 quantity Vanilla custard, heated

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Peel bananas, halve lengthways and cut into chunks. Place into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 2 Bake bananas for 10 minutes.
Step 3 Warm crêpes in microwave for about 45 seconds.
Step 4 Place banana slices onto one side of each crêpe and spoon over some custard. Fold over. Drizzle with a little more custard. Serve immediately.
Try serving with fresh berries instead of banana.
