Full ingredients list:
- 1.5kg floury potatoes (sebago or kipfler), unpeeled, scrubbed, cut into 1cm-thick straws
- cooking oil spray
- 2 teaspoons Tuscan seasoning

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Rinse potato under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towel.
Step 2 Arrange potato, in a single layer, on prepared trays. Spray with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Step 3 Bake, turning twice, for 45-50 minutes or until chips are golden brown and crisp. Serve.
These chips are just the thing to serve with grilled fish fillets or steak and crispy green salad.
