Full ingredients list:
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley
- 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place all ingredients in a food processor; blend to form a paste.
Step 2 Put paste in a non-stick frying pan; set over medium heat. Cook for a few minutes to help flavours combine, then set aside to cool.
Step 3 Add meat of your choice to mixture; leave to marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
Step 4 Set a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook meat until done to your liking. Leave meat to rest, then slice and serve.
NOTE: Nutrition information based on approx. 2 tablespoons marinade per serve.
