cooking oil spray
1 x 165g thin wholemeal pizza base, such as Bazaar Gourmet
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 red onion, diced
1 red chilli, chopped, seeded
12 to 14 green prawns (200g), shelled, deveined
3 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Mediterranean Seasoning
2 tablespoons oil-free sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
95g can tuna in spring water, drained
1 large zucchini, peeled into ribbons
4 tablespoons shaved parmesan
2 cups baby spinach

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray a large baking tray, pizza pan or pizza stone with cooking oil. Put pizza base on tray, pan or stone.
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan set over medium heat. Add garlic, onion and chilli; cook for 1–2 minutes. Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
Step 3 Spread seasoning onto base; top with prawn mixture, sun-dried tomato, tuna and zucchini.
Step 4 Top pizza with parmesan; spray with cooking oil. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until crust is crisp.
Step 5 Season pizza with cracked black pepper or chilli flakes, and serve with baby spinach.
