Bean, garlic and rosemary mash

Full ingredients list:
2 x 400g cans cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 small rosemary sprigs, leaves only, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 cup reduced-salt chicken stock
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place all ingredients, except olive oil, in a medium non-stick saucepan set over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Step 2 Remove pan from heat. Add oil and mash until almost smooth.
Step 3 Season mash with cracked black pepper and serve.
Make it vegetarian: Use vegetable stock instead of chicken stock.
