Full ingredients list:
150g ramen noodles
1 teaspoon reduced-salt chicken (or vegetable) stock powder
1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
3–4 frozen prawn and chive wontons, store-bought
1 cup baby spinach
1 teaspoon reduced-salt soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Place noodles in a bowl; cover with boiling water. Set aside.
Step 2Combine stock powder with 1½ cups boiling water in a large bowl. Add frozen vegetables and wontons; cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir baby spinach through broth.
Step 3Drain reserved noodles and place in a large serving bowl. Pour broth and wontons over noodles; drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and serve.
