Full ingredients list:
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 teaspoon reduced-salt soy sauce
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small beetroot, peeled, grated
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup cooked quinoa
95g can lemon pepper- flavoured tuna
1 cup baby spinach or other salad greens
1 tablespoon roughly chopped almonds

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Combine dressing ingredients with 1 tablespoon hot water and whisk together well. Place the dressing in the bottom of a 750–900ml jar.
Step 2Layer salad ingredients into jar in the order listed. Screw the lid on tightly and store in fridge.
Step 3To serve, tip the salad into a large bowl and toss gently until well combined.
