1 large green capsicum
1 large yellow capsicum
200g tub reduced-fat hommous or tzatziki
3 capsicums (red, yellow and green), cut in strips
1 slice cheese

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cut the tops off large capsicums. Stand capsicum cups upright and fill each cup with hommous or tzatziki.
Step 2 Stand capsicum strips in filled cups to make ‘hair’.
Step 3 Make ‘eyes’ with small circles of sliced cheese, sliced olives and blueberries, using toothpicks to hold in place.
